John Schuller, Real Estate Broker and Founder

Plano has been home to John, his wife and three children since 1987 when he started Plano Property Management. He is familiar with Plano both as a real estate professional and as a resident utilizing community schools and services. As Broker, John is the primary contact for our property owners and prides himself on ensuring that all the property we manage is well cared for.

A native of Ohio, John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Mount Union college in Alliance, Ohio.

John is an avid bicyclist and in his spare time you may see him two-wheeling across Plano and neighboring cities.

Keri Schuller, Real Estate Salesperson and Accountant

Keri has a bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from the University of Texas. She is licensed as a C.P.A. by the State of Texas.

Keri holds a real estate salesperson license and enjoys showing property to prospective tenants. However, her primary responsibility is to manage the accounting, reporting and information systems at Plano Property Management and ensure that owner statements are clear, timely and accurate.

Keri enjoys reading in her spare time and keeping up with her grown children, Ryan who works and resides in Dallas, Kyle who is attending Texas Tech University and Laura, who will be a freshman at Oklahoma State University in the fall of 2010.

Leslie Davis, Real Estate Salesperson

Leslie Joined Plano Property Management in 2009 and brings broad expertise to his position as Property Manager. Formerly an owner & manager of a Homevestor franchise, he has extensive experience in evaluating potential rental properties for projected returns as well as determining what renovations are necessary for rental. After supervising the renovation of hundreds of homes, Leslie is familiar with almost every possible maintenance issue that can occur in a home and is a great resource when repairs are needed. He also enjoys working with prospective tenants and helping them find just the right home.

Leslie is a graduate of Texas Tech University where he earned a bachelor's degree in Agriculture Education and Economics. He resides in Carrollton with his wife Debra and their daughter, Kiersten.

Brandi Carpenter, Office Administrator

When you call Plano Property Management there is a good chance it is Brandi's voice you will hear first. Her job One is customer service and she also keeps the paperwork moving through the office efficiently.

Brandi is a seven year veteran of the U.S. Navy and is currently pursuing a degree in nursing. When not working or in school Brandi is busy being Mom to her 2 year old son, Clayton.
